Our Story
About Our Little Place
Parker's Ice Creams is located in the City of Fair Oaks Ranch — a charming community in the Texas Hill Country, just minutes from Boerne and northwest San Antonio. Fair Oaks Ranch originally began as the 5,000-acre ranch owned by Ralph E. Fair; the city was formally established on January 21, 1988. We're proud to be part of this fantastic community and to bring a little happiness and joy to our neighbors here.
Parker's has seating for 18 inside the shop, plus a patio overlooking the beautiful Texas Hill Country with seating for up to 40. We serve the best handcrafted ice cream — traditional, alcohol-infused, and dairy-free — alongside multiple beer, wine, and liquor options.
